PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a working time and a working cost by reducing safety work and time in external wall repair work of an old building. SOLUTION: This safety chute 10 for external wall repair work is provided with an elongated rectangular body part 12 having a pair of opposed long sides and a pair of opposed short sides orthogonal to the long sides. One or more ring-like support parts for allowing pipe members to pass through are provided inside each short side of the body part, and an opening 18 for putting a removed external wall material is provided on the side close to one short side of the body part.
