PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag which houses a coolant, which absorbs dew condensation generated during cooling and which has constitution preventing the surface of the bag from getting wet, in detail, to provide the bag which has constitution which does not gives uncomfortable feeling by preventing occurrence of due condensation in the case of using the bag housing the coolant in close contact with a human body for cooling heat of the body, and to provide the bag having constitution of preventing deviation of the bag due to the movement of the human body in the middle of cooling the heat of the body. SOLUTION: A dew condensation preventing sheet 3 is produced by superposing a water-absorbing sheet 2 on a dry sheet 1 which uses at least a hydrophobic material and which has liquid permeability or water absorptivity so that the dry sheet 1 serves as a front surface.
