PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a wiper being scarcely twisted or torn by friction in cleaning and sufficiently cleaning a wide area and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This sheet for the wiper is so formed that a filament nonwoven fabric and high heat shrinkable staple web made of synthetic fibers are laminatedly entangled to each other and the high heat shrinkable staple web is strongly heat-shrunk and the filament nonwoven fabric is formed with conspicuous recessed/projecting creases.
