A display device (10) has a first display (11) in which a display surface (light emitting display surface)(11a) is placed so as to incline relative to the direction (E) of the line of sight of an observer and that emits first light (L1) to display a first display image (21), a second display (12) that emits second light (L2) to display a second display image (22), and a transmissive reflection panel (half mirror)(13) that is provided between the first display (11) and the second display (12) and that allows the first light (L1) to be transmitted to the observer side and reflects the second light (L2) to the observer side. Further, the first and second displays (11, 12) are arranged such that at least a part of a place of the transmissive reflection panel (13), through which place the first light (L1) is transmitted, is superposed on a place at which the second light (L2) is reflected.
