<p>Method for asymmetrical enzymatic production of optically active organic compounds in microemulsion (a). An independent claim is also included for a reaction mixture exhibiting (a) which comprises a continuous aqueous phase and a hydrophobic intermittent phase, a stereoselective enzyme which is involved at the asymmetrical production of the organic compound or a microorganism exhibiting the enzyme, surfactant, hydrophobic substance stabilizing the emulsion droplets and a prochirally-, racemically or enantiomerically enriched organic compound, which can be converted by the enzyme and/or their reaction product.</p> |
