The device has a U-stabilizer between axial parts (15,16), where an actuator (50) is arranged between the axial parts and the U-stabilizer. The actuator is a cylinder piston with cylinder spaces separated by a piston. The actuator comprises of overflow sections connected with the cylinder spaces. The sections are the minimum cross sections of an annulus that lies between the external wall of the piston and a cylindrical wall.
