<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector pump having high operating reliability in low temperature environment while achieving simple, rigid and inexpensive construction, and to provide a fuel cell system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The ejector pump comprises a needle 52 to be displaced in the axial direction for adjusting the opening area of a nozzle portion 512, whereby sub fluid sucked with energy exchanging operation during jetting main fluid from the nozzle portion 512 is guided to discharge passages 513, 514. Herein, the needle 52 is held to be displaceable in the axial direction by a plate spring 55. In this construction, the needle 52 and the plate spring 55 do not slide, therefore avoiding problems with a conventional bearing in use, namely problems that the needle 52 is malfunctioned when frozen at a low temperature and sliding debris gives ill effects to peripheral equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
