<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an image forming apparatus and an image forming system by which transinformation to various operation screens are displayed on the various operation screens so that operability is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has: a display element which displays an operation screen showing the items of possessed functions; a keyboard for inputting a message in the operation screen; a mouse for setting the display position of the message on the operation screen of the message; a storage section 22 which stores the message and display position; and a controller which registers information, as labeled data, which homologizes a screen code at the time of setting and inputting the message and display position, and the message and display position set and input in the operation screen, reads labeled data corresponding to a screen code of the operation screen displayed on the display element from the storage section, and displays a labeled image corresponding to the read labeled data on the operation screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
