<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine information management system allowing practical use for a sales plan of a commodity or an installation plan of an automatic vending machine, and capable of providing service to each user, and to provide the automatic vending machine therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In this automatic vending machine information management system, the automatic vending machines 10 installed in a plurality of places each have a reading part 11, a control part 12, and a transmission part 13. The reading part 11 reads IC chip information from an IC chip A possessed by a purchaser, the control part 12 produces data on prescribed information about the automatic vending machine 10, and the transmission part 13 transmits the produced data via a network N1. A host computer 20 has a reception part 21, a control part 22, a storage part 23, and a display part 24.
