PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely judge whether a magnetron is in an oscillation state or not, even if noise gets over input current and secondary side current. SOLUTION: An oscillation detecting part 8 is provided with a first comparison circuit 801 having a first input part and a second input part inputting a first reference voltage 802, and a second comparison circuit 805 having a first input part for inputting an output of the first comparison circuit 801 and a second input part for inputing a second reference voltage 806, so that, even if noise overrides the input current, the oscillation state of the magnetron can be judged until it surely reaches an oscillatable state, by constituting a capacitor 807 in parallel between an output of the first comparison circuit 801 and a power source 808.
