PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who participates in an electronic bulletin board to easily grasp a topic in a category being discussed. SOLUTION: For a topic set for each category, a topic title in the category is read from a topic information database (DB) for storing information comprising a topic title for each topic, the number of contributions of the topic, and the date and time of the contributions. A morpheme analysis is performed to the topic title. The number of contribution articles in the topic of the topic information DB is acquired for each word of the result of the morpheme analysis. A score is calculated in time series. The score is stored in a score storage means for each word. The score for each word is acquired from the score storage means.
