PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactive shock absorber for stabilizing motion of a rifle in reaction; and to provide a reaction shock absorber working as a rigidity whole before the reaction of a rifle. SOLUTION: This reaction shock absorber is suitable for transmitting reactive shock to a user by damping and reducing it. The reactive shock absorber comprises: an insert 20 designed so as to be housed in the stock of the rifle and structured to house a damping means 40; and a movable interface 50 structured so as to hinder the damping means 40. The movable interface 50 has a sliding shaft 53 positioned inside a guide part 23 of the insert 20. In order to keep the balance of the rifle to ensure a coaxial property of the shaft 53 inside the guide part 23, the movable interface 50 is made of a plastic material suitable for deformation in reaction.
