PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking stove for adjusting a combustion quantity without botheration of a user. SOLUTION: A switching valve 14 switches over a gas flow passage to the ordinary gas supply pipe 21 side and the energy-saving gas supply pipe 22 side. An energy-saving gas supply pipe 22 is designed finer than an ordinary gas supply pipe 21, and when switched to the energy-saving gas supply pipe 22 (an energy-saving mode), a gas quantity sent to a burner 2 reduces, and thermal power becomes weak. That is, even if maximum thermal power is set by a thermal power adjusting lever 7 in the energy-saving mode, a maximum combustion quantity of a built-in cooking stove 1 is not provided, to become weaker thermal power. When switched over to the ordinary gas supply pipe 21 side (a normal mode), the maximum combustion quantity of the built-in cookstove 1 is provided. Valve opening of the switching valve 14 becomes the energy-saving mode when an energy-saving switch 5 is pushed in the normal mode, and becomes the energy-saving gas supply pipe 22 side, and becomes the normal mode when the energy-saving switch 5 is pushed in the energy-saving mode, and becomes the ordinary gas supply pipe 21 side.
