PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring device in a desk or the like, which has a simple structure, secures enough wiring capacity, has a low cost and is fitted with good appearance. SOLUTION: Wiring bracket 7 are attached at the upper rear end of a desk 1 so that a distribution cable 31 can be wired in a longitudinal direction along a lower surface 4a of a top plate 4 of a desk 1. The bracket 7 is provided with a desk top panel mounting section 19 by which a desk top panel 5 can be attached so as to project above the top plate 4 and an engaging section 22 and an engaged section 24 which work as a modesty panel mounting section and enable attachment of a modesty panel 6 hanging down below the top plate 4.
