PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing assist capable securing a sufficient bathing space even if being used for any type of a bathtub. SOLUTION: This bathing assist is provided with a U-shaped frame 10 comprising a base part 100 and arm parts 200 approximately perpendicularly extending from the both ends of the base part and mounted on a rim of the bathtub, a lift 300 mounted on the frame, and a seat surface 50 mounted on the arm parts and capable of raising/lowering inside the bathtub via the lift with the frame mounted on the rim of the bathtub. The frame is provided with an arm length adjusting mechanism adjusting the length of the respective arm parts to vary the distance between the base part and the seat surface, and the arm length adjusting mechanism is provided between the seat surface mounting position and the base part of the arm part.
