An organic electroluminescent device comprising a light emitting layer including guest material and host material having formula (I): wherein R¹, R² and R³ individually represent H or substituent, R⁴ represents alkyl, alkenyl, heteroaryl, aryl group with or without substituent, q is an integer of 0 to 4, m is an integer of 1 to 3, n is an integer of 1 to 3, and m+n=4.
