<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document file protecting system capable of easily performing linkage with the other business system, securing security including even printed matters, and efficiently handling an electronic document after the due date of confidentiality. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a means for monitoring the arrangement of an original electronic document file corresponding to an electronic file in a previously regulated place when a user performs access to the enciphered electronic document file, a means for determining a security attribute granted to the original electronic document file; a means for enciphering the original electronic document file and generating an enciphered electronic document file; a means for associating the identification information of the enciphered electronic document file, a parameter to decode the content of the enciphered electronic document file and the security attribute and managing them; and a means for outputting the enciphered electronic document file to a previously regulated output destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
