<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for indicating and correcting financial document in a document processing program. <P>SOLUTION: A method is a template in an accounting program and selects the template which has a field concerning with the template in the accounting program. The method identifies an empty field in a selected template which can be filled with data of the accounting program, and selects the data stored by the accounting program which is appropriate for filling the empty field in the selected template.
