<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptic device which can locate the short-circuited position of the wiring within a short time, and provide its test method and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: A 1st and a 2nd shorting control lines L1 and L2 different from each other are connected th the drive signal lines L respectively. A 1st switch element S1 is provided between the 1st shorting control line L1 and the odd numbered signal lines Lo, and a 2nd switch element S2 is provided between the 2nd shorting control line L2 and the even numbered signal lines Le. Further, an analog switch is provided on the organic EL panel. Then, it checks whether a current Ik flows or not between the 1st shorting control line L1 and the 2nd shorting control line L2, every time when mounting data line drive ICs 12 on each FPC circuit board, when turning off the analog switch on the organic EL panel to connect the FPC circuit boards to the connecting part, and when turning on the analog switch to connect each FPC circuit board to the connecting part of the organic EL panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
