<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for allocating a crew which equalizes a screw's cumulative allowance for working while a crew's connecting operation is taken into consideration and an efficient delivery works are performed. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for allocating the crew includes a vehicle dispatching plan receiving means for storing vehicle dispatching plan result information inputted from input means in the storage device in the storage means, an operation decomposition means for decomposing the received vehicle dispatching plan result in a vehicle dispatching unit, an operation weight calculating means which calculates, as the weight, allowance for the operation in response to the operation in created by the vehicle dispatching means, an operation priority setting means for applying the calculated weight to the operation and giving the priority, a crew priority setting means for applying to the crew, as the priority, the cumulative allowance of each crew used in case that the crew is allocated to the operation, and crew allocating means for allocating the crew set with the priority to the operation set with the priority. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
