<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete, whose self-shrinkage is suppressed, and which develops a compression strength of≥100 N/mm<SP>2</SP>. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete contains at least cement, a pozzolanic fine powder, an inorganic powder, a fine aggregate, a water reducing agent, water, and an expandable admixture. The inorganic powder comprises an inorganic powder A, which has a Blaine specific surface area of 5,000-30,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g, and an inorganic powder B, which has a Blaine specific surface area of 2,500-5,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g.
