<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve cost reduction by reducing man-hours and components when assembling a mechanism part. <P>SOLUTION: A roller bearing is equipped with an inner ring 12, a plurality of needle rollers 14 arranged on a raceway surface 12a of the inner ring 12 and a retainer 16 for retaining the needle roller 14. In the inner ring 12, a collar part 12c formed by being folded outward in a radial direction and turning up the folded end inward in a radial direction is provided to both ends in an axial direction. The needle roller 14 is retained at an outside position in a radial direction from PCD by the retainer 16 so as to be opposed to the collar part 12c.
