<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient production management by automatically calculating whether or not production preparation is ready on the basis of the plan or the result data of each process in an individual workplace in which the production management is carried out, and by specifically indicating so as to make it easy to cope with. <P>SOLUTION: A production management apparatus includes an individual process information input means for inputting information of each process including the plan or the result of arrivals or completion in regard to materials or components to a production plan; a storage means for storing the input information of each process and production management information of the production plan; a production preparation state calculation means for calculating the production preparation state at the time a survey is desired, based on the information of each process and the production management information stored in the storage means; and a production state indication means for indicating the calculated production preparation state and the production management information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
