<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular crystal production apparatus which enables highly efficient and stable crystallization, and by which the granular crystal having high crystallinity can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A vibrator 9 for vibrating a crucible 3 is connected to the upper part of the crucible 3 through a connection tube 6 for transmitting vibration. The connection tube 6 comprises a heat resistant material which does not deform at a temperature to which the crucible 3 is heated, and its diameter is made smaller than that of the crucible 3. Further, the tube 6 has high strength, is less in heat dissipation therefrom and can restrain the intrusion of impurities into the melt 4 of a crystallizing material.
