PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spunbonded nonwoven fabric having heat-sealability sufficient for forming a bag and excellent flexibility and heat-resistance and provide a filter produced by using the nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric is composed of a sheath-core conjugate fiber having a core component produced by using a polyethylene terephthalate resin as a raw material and a sheath component produced by using a resin selected from a polybutylene terephthalate resin, a polytrimethylene terephthalate resin and its copolymer as a raw material. The melting point of the resin of the sheath component is 180-230°C, the ratio of the sheath component of the sheath-core conjugate fiber is 20-70 vol.%, the 5% extension stress of the nonwoven fabric is 0.6-1.6 per unit fabric weight, and the dry-heat areal shrinkage ratio of the nonwoven fabric is 0-5.0% at 180°C.
