PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an information display panel by which the information display panel can be manufactured continuously and the manufacturing efficiency can be enhanced and the loss of materials can be reduced, and to provide the information display panel. SOLUTION: The method is provided for manufacturing the information display panel which has two sheets of substrates 1, 2 at least one of which is transparent and a display medium 3 sealed between the substrates 1, 2, and which displays an information such as an image by moving the display medium by applying an electric field to the display medium, wherein the panel 21 is fabricated by directly using, as one substrate 1, a sheet-like continuous substrate sheet 11 wound around a roll.
