PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of components and increase of weight of a seedling-planting apparatus by rationally reducing a torque limiter, in a transmission structure of a seedling planting apparatus constituted so as to transmit power input to a feed case through a laterally-facing output shaft to a planting case and drive a planting mechanism installed in the planting case. SOLUTION: The transmission structure of the seedling planting apparatus is constituted so as to laterally install and support a pair of right and left output shafts 13 in abutting state to a feed case 11 and independently restrict a transmission torque to each output shaft 13 by a pair of torque limiters 37.
