The invention relates to the chemical industry and can be used for producing granulated mineral nitrogen-potassium fertilisers. The inventive method consists in supplying 33 ÷ 39 mass % ammonium nitrate melt, 22 ÷ 65 mass % potassium chloride, 2 ÷ 9 mass % target mineral additive-phosphogypsum for mixing with ammonia in such a way that the mixture pH is maintained within a range of 6.5 ÷ 7.5. The thus obtained pulp is atomised for return flow in a drum granulator and is granulated at a return number of 1: (2 ÷ 2.5), the product is dried. The mixing is carried out in an optimum peformance at a temperature ranging from 100 to 130°C for 20 ÷ 30 minutes
