The method involves receiving a capabilities data structure having a dataset from a primary service, and receiving another capabilities data structure having another dataset from secondary services. The datasets of the two capabilities data structures are combined into a combined capabilities data structure (136). Services are provided within a processor-controlled network based on the combined capabilities data structure.
