<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a talipes equinus preventive bed apparatus capable of preventing the talipes equinus by abutting a foot board to the soles of a patient by adjusting the position of the foot board. <P>SOLUTION: The foot board 9 is advancingly/retreatingly adjusted in the longitudinal direction to the bed apparatus 1 according to a user, the support position of the foot board 9 is adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the bed apparatus 1 and supported to a foot board base body 8, and the foot board 9 is served as the prevention of the talipes equinus by allowing the soles of the user to ground thereon. The foot board base body 8 is composed of, for example, a known synthetic resin mold and a mattress stop 12 on which the foot side end part of a mattress 6 on a bottom 5 abuts is projectingly provided.
