<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconvenience of issuing a slip for a shortage by calculating using a planned value and a result value in case the result value is shorter than the planned value when a required amount is to be calculated by means of an MRP production management system, and even when a responsible field person decides from the past result, etc. that the shortage can be recovered in the process next time. <P>SOLUTION: The production management system according to a required material amount plan calculates a material amount for ordering, from a product component list and stock information. The production management system includes a result value input means for inputting an actual result value in regard to execution completion items in the items to be executed in a production plan, an imaginary stock value input means for inputting an imaginary stock value for the calculation of a required material amount, a stock data update means for updating the stock data of the execution completion items using the result value input in the result value input means, and a required amount calculation means for calculating a next required amount using the imaginary stock value input in the imaginary stock value input means and the stock data updated by the stock data update means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
