<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and thin interlayer connector of a transmission line whose manufacturing process is simple. <P>SOLUTION: The interlayer connector 100 of the transmission line is constituted by lamination of a conductive layer 3B, a dielectric layer 1C, a ground conductor layer 2B, a dielectric layer 1B, a ground conductor layer 2A, a dielectric layer 1A and a conductive layer 3A from the bottom in this order. Power supply lines 4A, 4B are formed in the conductive layers 3A, 3B, respectively. Patch patterns 5A, 5B are formed at connection termination parts of the power supply lines 4A, 4B, respectively. Slots 6A, 6B are formed in the ground conductor layers 2A, 2B corresponding to the patch patterns 5A, 5B, respectively. Passive patch patterns 7A, 7B which act as relay antennas in the case of transmitting power to the patch patterns 5A, 5B are provided in the slots 6A, 6B of the ground conductor layers 2A, 2B, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
