<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether a device is stopped from a server side by detecting failure of a cooling fan and sending failure information to the server. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell generator system 30 provided with a hydrogen generator 2 generating fuel gas mainly composed of hydrogen from hydrocarbon system raw fuel and water, a fan 18 making temperature adjustment of the hydrogen generator, a temperature measurement means 10 measuring temperature of a given site of the hydrogen generator, a fan failure detecting means 37 detecting failure of the fan, and a transmitting and receiving means 40 making transmission and receiving of various information such as failure information, when failure of the fan is detected by the fan failure detecting means 37, the failure information is sent to the server, so that not only a system movement of the fuel cell generator system 30 as a whole is stopped, but also the fan failure information is notified of to the server.
