<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system wherein not only a printed document but also a document displayed on a screen can show to whom it is displayed. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing system comprises: a plurality of modules for transforming the notation form of information in an individual information list such as: a module for transforming an individual ID allotted to each individual in the individual information list into a different individual ID; a module for inserting no space, a half-width space, or a full-width space between first name and last name; a module for describing the numbers of postal code in half-width or in full-width; a module for describing an address with or without the prefecture name; a module for describing street/block/house numbers of the address in half-width or in full-width. In this system, the notation form of each of the information constituting the individual information list is made different by each of the modules in accordance with a browsing person's ID, and the list wherein the notation form of the individual information list is different in accordance with the browsing person's ID is displayed or printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
