<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector preventing a card from flying out when the card is ejected, without causing damage thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The card connector includes a housing unit 100 having a slot 110 to which a memory card M can be inserted; a slider 200 disposed at a position on which a card can be abutted, in the housing unit 100 and slides from a card ejection position α to a card insertion position β together with the memory card M; and a spring 300 energizing the slider 200 in an ejection direction of the memory card M. The slider 200 has a rotating roller 230 disposed at the tip part of a slider main body 210. A slant part 140 is disposed at a spot facing the tip part of the slider 200 when the slider 200 is positioned at the insertion position β on an inner wall surface of a wall part 102 of the housing unit 100.
