PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode choke coil that can adjust the inductance values of inductor components not magnetically coupled substantially with inductor components respectively constituted of first and second coils. SOLUTION: First and second coil conductors 9 and 15 are magnetically coupled with each other, and the first coil conductor 9 and a second lead-out conductor 11 are electrically connected to each other in series. In addition, the second coil conductor 15 and a third lead-out conductor 17 are electrically connected to each other in series. The inductor component constituted of the first coil conductor 9 and the inductor component constituted of the second lead-out conductor 11 are not magnetically coupled with each other substantially, and the inductor component constituted of the second coil conductor 15 and the inductor component constituted of the third lead-out conductor 17 are also not magnetically coupled with each other substantially. Moreover, the inductor component constituted of the second lead-out conductor 11 and the inductor component constituted of the third lead-out conductor 17 are also not magnetically coupled with each other substantially.
