PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local anesthetic liquid having a disinfectant effect and relieving the pain in injection and centesis, and a liquid medicinal set convenient to carry for users to perform injection or centesis by themselves. SOLUTION: The local anesthetic liquid high in permeability and having a disinfectant function at the same time is obtained by dissolving and mixing a dermatic anesthetic, a dermatic disinfectant, an endermic absorption accelerator and a liquid film-maintaining agent into a liquid solvent. Also, the liquid medicinal set is convenient to store and carry because a local anesthetic liquid applicator is combined with a self-injection or a blood self-gathering device and material.
