An electric junction box, comprising a casing (20) enclosing a circuit structure (10). The casing comprises a frame body (21), a heat radiating plate (30) positioned on the rear side of the circuit structure (10), and a cover (60) positioned on the upper side thereof. The frame body (21) is formed in a two-part structure comprising a C-shaped first frame member (22) and a second frame member (23) disposed on the rear side of a first terminal part (15A). Accordingly, the circuit structure (10) and the heat radiating plate (30) can be adhered to each other before a switching element (13) is mounted, and the first frame member (22) and the second frame member (23) can be fixed to the heat radiating plate (30) separately from each other to complete the frame body (21) surrounding the circuit structure (10) from all the periphery thereof.
