<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination means in an outside handle part of a vehicle which has excellent design and creates illumination state with high grade sense. <P>SOLUTION: The outside handle of the vehicle is provided with a panel having a recess and a handle part arranged to cover a part of a peripheral edge side of the recess. The outside handle of the vehicle has light source and a reflective face arranged at the rear of the handle part. Light of the light source passes between the handle part and the recess of the panel and is guided on the central side of the recess of the panel. The reflective face receives the guided light and generates light going to the inner surface of the handle part.
