<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read medical data to be supplied for utilization at an optional opportunity at any time as long as a medical information holding device (portable telephone set) is possessed for the individual data of a patient (user) and to share individual medical data by two or more persons in a prescribed range. <P>SOLUTION: The medical data corresponding to medication history information, medication information and a medication notebook respectively are supplied from medical data output equipment connected to the exclusive transmission line of a dispensing pharmacy or a drug store (PD) to a mobile information terminal owned by the user (PU) and are stored in the storage means of the mobile information terminal (PU11).
