PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote support device which can effectively perform instruction to a user whose technical skill is low, and has excellent efficiency of remote support. SOLUTION: In an information processing system which acquires a plurality of images, acquires voices, shows the images and the voices, and communicates to a terminal with a communication function, the remote support device comprises: a face image discrimination means which discriminates face images from images acquired from a user terminal and an operator terminal; a remote support image creation means which composes the image signals, and creates a remote support image so that the user face image and the operator face image approach mutually, and are displayed on a screen; and a remote support image distribution means which distributes the remote support image to the user terminal and the operator terminal.
