PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing structure of a door Shoji capable of having the excellence in operability at a low cost and, at the same time, being fully opened by making double sliding and folding applicable also to the existing the door Shoji at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the opening and closing structure of the door Shoji 5 capable of being freely opened and closed by making double sliding of the door Shoji 5, the door Shoji is constituted by connecting a plurality of divided door Shojies 50a to 50d to each other in hinge sections 8 in a foldable manner. A guide rail 7 having a slit 71 is formed in a threshold sliding groove 31.
