PAPERBOARD FOR STORAGE CASE HAVING DEODORIZING AND ANTIBACTERIAL FUNCTION, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give deodorizing and antibacterial functions to a storage case manufactured using a paperboard by adding/mixing a deodorizing and antibacterial fibers into the paperboard that is the low material of the storage case, such a corrugated carton, food tray, etc. SOLUTION: The paperboard 1 for the storage case is manufactured by using a beaten pulp fiber 3. A cellulose fiber made by graft-copolymerizing methacrylic acid onto a cotton fiber, a hemp fiber or a rayon fiber is made to absorb copper ions to fabricate a deodorizing/antibacterial fiber 2 having deodorizing and antibacterial functions. The deodorizing/antibacterial fiber 2 is then made into a short fiber, and is added/mixed into the pulp fiber 3 to manufacture the paperboard 1 for the deodorizing/antibacterial storage case.
