A mechanical-electrical generator (100) has base, an oscillatory pendant joined to the base such that a rotary oscillation is obtained on the base with vibration of the mechanical-electrical generator (100). A stop-device is coupled to the oscillatory pendant so that a complete rotational oscillation is prevented and the stop device is designed in order to exert an elastic stopping action on the oscillatory pendant, when the latter and the stop device interact. An electric converter device converts the rotary oscillation of the oscillatory pendant into an electric signal and an electric output taps the electric signal, with which an electric load can be coupled.
