<p>The toilet has a tub-shaped housing with an area in which a cat defecates, and another area which is separated from the former area by a grid (9). An outlet (16) removes excrements of a cat. The areas, grid and outlet are arranged together such that a cat litter arranged in the former area reaches the latter area through the grid, while conveying the excrements to the outlet via the grid, upon tilting the toilet for cleaning.</p>
