A grid (1) comprises an inner grid (2) and a frame element (3) for framing at least a portion of the inner grid (2). The inner grid (2) comprises a series of carriers (21) and a series of fillers (22), wherein the carriers (21) and the fillers (22) cross and are engaged with each other. The frame element (3) is engaged with end portions of the carriers (21) and the fillers (22), and is connected to these end portions by means of a pressed fit. A direction (13) in which the engagement between the frame element (3) and the end portions of the carriers (21) and the fillers (22) has been realized is substantially at a right angle to directions (11, 12) in which the carriers (21) and the fillers (22) are extending. In this way, it is achieved that, in a normal application, the frame element (3) can not become detached from the grid (1), even when a laterally directed force is exerted on the grid (1).
