A medicament (A) comprises a combination of 6beta ,7beta -epoxy-3beta -hydroxy-8-methyl-1alpha H,5alpha -H-tropanium salt 2,2-diphenylpropionate ester anticholinergic agent(s) (I) and EFGR kinase inhibitor(s) (II), optionally together with auxiliaries. A medicament (A) comprises a combination of tropane derivative anticholinergic agent(s) of formula (I) and EGFR kinase inhibitor(s) (II) (optionally in the form of enantiomers, enantiomer mixtures or racemates, or solvates or hydrates), optionally together with pharmaceutical auxiliaries.
