Linear position sensor has a permanent magnet (1) and a magnetic field sensor (5) that are relocatable relative to each other along a trajectories (3, 6). The sensor (5) is arranged in a magnetic field (2) of the magnet. The sensor (5) produces an output signal based on a direction of the field. An evaluation circuit converts the output signal into a signal that corresponds to the trajectories between the sensor (5) and the magnet. |
