The burr fastener has a carrier tape (10) with hooks (12). A covering tape (16) is on the side of the carrier away from the hooks, and wider than the carrier with its free longitudinal edges projecting over the carrier on both sides. The projecting edges of the covering tape are bent over to form pockets (20) to take wires (26) in a tubular structure (22). An adhesive (14) bonds the carrier to the covering. |
