A pressure vessel liner (1) comprises a tubular trunk (2) and head plates (3, 4) for closing opposite end openings of the trunk (2). The pressure vessel linger (1) comprises a first liner component (5) providing the trunk (2), and two second liner components (6, 7) providing the two head plates (3, 4). The first and second liner components (5, 6, 7) have reinforcing walls (9, 13, 14) inside the peripheral walls (8, 11, 12), respectively, and face each other in the position whose reinforcing walls (9, 13, 14) correspond. Each adjacent pair of liner comonents (5, 6, 7) have their reinforcing walls (9, 13, 14) joined in corresponding relation. The liner (1) has an increased pressure resistant strength against longitudinal forces. |
